The Sharjah Maritime Museum

The Sharjah Maritime Museum is located adjacent to the Sharjah Aquarium at Al Khan.
This museum signifies the importance of marine life in the heritage of the region. Trading, pearl diving, fishing, and diving adventures were all part of the rich and dynamic culture of the UAE. The collection of genuine Arabian pearls and the mesmerizing artifacts including ships and vessels that were used in the early historic periods for various purposes like seafaring, pearl hunting, and commercial purposes such as trading are displayed here.

Is the ticket to Sharjah Maritime Museum free?
The Sharjah Maritime Museum Charges 5 AED for children (2-12 years), and 10 AED for Adults (13+ years). The Maritime Museum gives free entrance to university and school trips (groups).
